Medical Release Forms are valid for 12 months unless your child has a surgical procedure or hospitalization within 12 months of the dated signature, at which point a new form must be completed and signed by a doctor. Since June of 2020, Kinetic Kids has been operating with options of virtual programming (ie stay strong website series), virtual-live zoom programming, and in-person programming. We are very proud of the work we have been able to offer and the lives we have been able to touch thru continued programming during such a challenging year.
Currently, in June 2021, covid restrictions and guidelines continue to evolve and Kinetic Kids is staying abreast of our current covid policies, continually updating, and communicating those with you. We remain steadfast and conservative to first and foremost meet the goal of keeping all of our Kinetic Kids safe and healthy.

Currently, there are no diagnosis restrictions or mobility limitations that eliminate a child from participation in our programs. There are certain classes that are more appropriate for some children based on level of mobility, diagnosis, and cognitive age-level. Our goal is to provide each child the best opportunity for success within the separate divisions set forth within programs. If there is a question on which division will maximize successful participation, the program director will determine the most appropriate division for that season. Kinetic Kids provides opportunities for children with special needs through sport and recreational activities. Although we pride ourselves on empowerment through inclusion, the physical safety of every child remains paramount. Kinetic Kids reserves the discretion to limit the participation of any child when the foreseeable risk is likely to result in bodily injury. Kinetic Kids is not liable and cannot control all photos taken since our programs are in a public, group setting. It is ultimately the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to ensure their child is not in photos if that is their intention.
